60 campsites completed in 10 days! Our company's container house project in Bosnia and Herzegovina successfully completed and put into use

July 3, 2026 Good news from the construction site in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Balkan Peninsula: 60 prefabricated container houses, manufactured and shipped by our company at the beginning of the year, have all been assembled and installed on-site and are now in use. Leveraging our mature and standardized product system and comprehensive one-on-one technical support, the client completed the entire large-scale camp setup in just 10 days, further demonstrating the core advantages of our modular buildings: high efficiency, easy assembly, and adaptability to overseas construction sites.

This order for the Bosnia and Herzegovina project was finalized at the beginning of this year. Addressing the combined accommodation and office needs of local infrastructure construction sites, our company initiated a special production plan, streamlining the entire production process from structural processing, insulation and enclosure, water and electricity pre-installation, door and window finishing, to finished product testing.

The production workshop strictly adheres to European outdoor building standards. The main frame utilizes a hot-dip galvanized thickened steel structure, coupled with high-density flame-retardant insulated sandwich panels. Complete electrical and plumbing systems are pre-installed, and all container components are standardized and disassembled for packaging. This significantly reduces sea freight volume and cross-border logistics costs, while ensuring uniform compatibility of parts, avoiding assembly and matching challenges on-site overseas.

After each container rolls off the production line, the quality inspection team conducts multiple factory checks on waterproofing, load-bearing capacity, sealing, and electrical safety. All components are neatly categorized and packed, along with multilingual installation drawings, tool lists, and operation manuals, laying a solid foundation for ocean delivery and rapid deployment.

Once the goods arrive at the construction site in Bosnia and Herzegovina after ocean transport, our overseas technical service team simultaneously provides online and offline dual-dimensional guidance services. Considering the client's local construction workers' lack of experience in modular housing assembly, our technical specialists provided real-time online support throughout the process, breaking down the entire construction workflow step-by-step, including foundation leveling, frame assembly, wall panel assembly, roof sealing, and water and electricity connections. We also provided specialized practical solutions for challenging aspects such as hoisting in mountainous terrain and waterproofing joints.

The standardized packaged structure features "building block" assembly characteristics, requiring no complex civil engineering equipment or specialized construction technicians. With our meticulous and continuous on-site guidance, the client's construction team efficiently advanced the work, completing the assembly, sealing, and commissioning of all 60 container houses in just 10 daysa construction efficiency far exceeding the typical local temporary building construction cycle.

Currently, the integrated camp consisting of 60 packaged container houses has been fully delivered to the client and is in operation. It includes functional areas such as worker dormitories, site offices, storage rooms, and supporting washing facilities. The houses' insulation, soundproofing, wind and rain protection are adapted to the local climate of Bosnia and Herzegovina, offering immediate use, comfort, and safety, fully meeting the needs of long-term on-site use.

The successful completion of this project in Bosnia and Herzegovina marks another significant achievement for our company in cultivating the Balkan and European markets with our modular integrated housing. Leveraging our comprehensive service chainincluding integrated prefabrication in factories, lightweight packaging and transportation, rapid on-site assembly, and full-cycle overseas technical supportour packaged container houses continue to gain recognition from overseas infrastructure clients. Moving forward, the company will continue to optimize standardized products to suit the European market, improve its cross-border technical service system, and consistently deliver cost-effective and efficient Chinese prefabricated building solutions.
